Final Black is a collection of three fragrances created by Fabien Baron alongside master perfumer Alberto Morillas as part of Zara’s 50th anniversary celebration.
Each fragrance is housed in a sharp-edged crystal clear bottle and finished with a jet black dimensional text. The perfume lives inside the bottle's solid black painted interior.
The trio channels nature’s elemental force through scent:
Black Tide, a wave of ambrox and orange blossom laps at your feet like ink. The night above you is like a painting, a mirror of your own confidence.
Black Whisper, a quiet breeze echoes through the trees, its breath carrying with it the intimate scent of cardamom and oak moss. Around you, the air won’t stop humming.
Black Lava, the sea crashes onto the earth, its salt bearing a hint of pink pepper and Atlantic cedar. You breathe it in, and its intensity rushes through you.
The set explores the breathtaking beauty of nature as glimpsed in an accompanying series of starkly expressive photographs by Fabien Baron.
Revealing the architecture behind the form: the technical drawing outlines geometric angles and internal structures, refined through extensive 3D printing and physical prototyping.
